Looking for a specific webpage

Last year I've been on a homepage which was about all old school 8/16 bit platforms, mainly Amiga+C64. The entire page was centered around the forum which had bots to automatically collect news from other sites. I THINK it had something to do with a guy called Gandhi and some .txt based mag he did years ago.

I made several searches with above nouns on google, but no luck. Any hint what's the name/url?

ghandys page is/was diskmag.de, but it isnt online anymore (he is now writing for gulli.de, yuck)

as for a newscollecting bot, bitfellas comes to mind (which has nothing to do with ghandy though)
