P2P retrofile-swap.
well, the same text as in the news. ;-)
i just started a topic in case there are questions about it. ok, here we go:
P2P retro-fileswap online!
there's a new server for file-sharing-tools, but it's only about retro-stuff (c64, amiga, atari etc.). the idea behind this was that it's hard to find c64-stuff with a "usual" p2p-tool like kazaa. if you're interested, please refer to this link at lemon-forum:
http://www.lemon64.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8094
so, share your oldschool-stuff with other users! :-)
(no warez, please...) |

As far as I can figure it works only with Direct Connect.
(sorry if I might sound stupid, I'm not that familiar with p2p-progies.)
Anyone got a hint to what to download/install on a linux-box to use DC? And if not what to install on an old win98?
I remember I tried it ones but I never got it to work.
There is no chance that this sharing is compatible with things like edonkey? (or kazaa?)
