C64 RGB analog/TTL output

Is there an electronics whizz in the house?

Has there been anyone who has worked out how to hack an analog or TTL RGB output from a stock 64?

I scored 2 68cm RGB monitors that have a 9pin D plug (CGA/EGA/c128) input, it can take analog/TTL and can use composite video as a sync signal. I know this cos i've been able to connect a sega saturn to it, using only the red/green/blue pins and composite video as sync.

Anyone got an idea?

i'm sorry, but there is no easy hacking solution. you have to decode the PAL/NTSC signal of the C64 to get a RGB signal. the VIC-II directly produces a chrominance and luminance signal, there is no RGB signal anywhere inside the C64.
