Confusion about Amadeus
Hi all,
HVSC needs some help:
We have a lot of rips from Sceners with the handle Amadeus, unfortunately they were released under several different groups, over a wide range of time. Maybe you can help us to decide who is who:
Currently in HVSC:
==================
/VARIOUS/A-F/Amadeus/
Tunes released in the early 90s under Noice. We know his surname is Daniel.
/DEMOS/64-Bidra.sid
released 93 under Meka Design. Is this made by the same Amadeus as above?
Not in HVSC yet:
================
/VARIOUS/Amadeus_Attic/
A lot of tunes released in 1995/96 under Attic. Name unknown.
/VARIOUS/Amadeus_Slash/
Released his tunes in 93/94 under Slash Design. Bjorn Stockleben, according to CSDb.
So the question is: Are any of the 4 Amadeus we have identical? Or are they indeed all different people that just happened to pick the same handle? |

Oh, I forgot:
There was one compo tune from some Amadeus released on Deadline Reloaded. Yet another one? %) |

Bjorn Stockleben is indeed the dude from Slash Design. A german musician. He has nothing to do with the others, coz this Amadeus was never in any other group besides slash. |

Thanks, Celtic. We meanwhile found out (by contacting the Amadeus that released a tune on Deadline Reloaded), that he is the same that did the Noice tunes and the 64-Bidra.sid tune.
So obviously there are indeed 3 different Amadeuses on the scene:
Amadeus/Slash
Amadeus/Attic
Amadeus/Noice
Well, nice we ruled that out. ;-) |

Amadeus / Noice and Amadeus / Meka Design is the same person. Actually Meka Design is his own group, think he started that one when he went Amiga '93 or '94.
And the Amadeus tune is by Amadeus/Meka Design, the dude lives in Stockholm. |

Well, it was only one hour and twelve minutes between our posts... depending on how deeply you meditated over your choice of words that can happen. ;-)
Thanks anyway. |
