Non scene C64 paper mags - where to put them?

Hi all!

A couple of years ago me and Hercules scanned a lot of Danish C64 papermags (non scene). They're about 2.8 GB all together from the magazines Soft, Soft Today, COMputer and Computer Action 1986-90, not complete though.

Does anyone know if there's a place for this kind of thing?

Btw, I went through them all and found quite a lot of good stuff for the GTW site, so that's great. But maybe someone else would like to take a look. They're all in Danish, I warn ya' ;)

Cheers from Anders

Perhaps contact http://www.bombjack.org/commodore/ ?
Some of the larger collections seem to only be available as torrents though.
I would personally prefer if this stuff was directly downloadable but that costs quite a bit of space and bandwidth I guess.

That's what torrents are for. ;_)

There's also mags.c64.org, maintained by Jazzcat. However, that is mostly about C64 scene disk mags, and a few paper ones. So I'm not sure how he thinks about including non scene mags.

I would love to host the mags but the problem is the size of those collections.

Currently http://mags.c64.org has all issues of ZZAP64. Also some non-scene stuff in the downloads section like C+VG issue 1 and Floppy Issues from 1985 to 1988.

Put them up on a permanent service and I can link them to the site.

An idea on some of the sizes:

Australian Commodore and Amiga Review (4.2GB)
Commodore Format (387MB)
Commodore Power-Play (1GB)
Commodore World (430MB)
Loadstar CD (Issues 001 - 199) (427MB)
The Guide to Computer Living (320MB)
The Transactor Mag Archive Partially Complete (1.7GB)
Your Commodore Collection (4.7GB)
ZZAP64 DVD (all issues, covertapes, posters) (3GB)

etc etc etc

Ok, I'll try to find a place for the files. Anyone knows a good place to upload (for free)?

Hmm.. reminds me that I have the Danish magasines RUN (1984-1988) and COMputer (1985-1994) a total of 5GB, scanned by uhm... I forgot..

They are currently available for online viewing on a VERY slow connection.. you can get the URL by PM'ing me if you want to have a look.
