game help required

hi a friend of mine has just asked me about a game for the c64...i dont know what its called but maybe the description will ring someones bells and theyll tell me its name

his description is this:-

u were a little guy in the snow and had to drop ice balls on penguins and they turned into presents that u had to collect

does this ring any bells?? anyone can help would be great
