Knight'n'Grail, disk drive bug

G'day!

I had a support-mail sent from someone (from Finland, I think) a (long) while ago, where the writer stated that the game didn't load properly with his disk drive. Some non-commodore drive.
Shortly after we had the conversation I had a pc crash and I lost all of my mails. BU of mails didn't seem that important...

Anyway, are you this person with this particular disk drive problem? If so, I'm sincerely sorry for not having gotten back to you.
Please send me the mail again. And while we're at it, please post the problem here as well. Someone might know the answer to the problem.

So anyway, the problem I had with Knight'n'Grail was with the level loader. Menu screen started up fine, but I couldn't get into the game. The loader kind of freezes up after the knight has walked into the middle of the loader screen, and before the borders should change colour, as it does on the emulators.

My only disk drive has so far been the Oceanic OC-118, which has worked fine with everything else, but I couldn't get any version of the game available to work with it. I managed to win an auction of a 1541-II a few days ago and it's yet to arrive, so I'm hoping the problem will be solved with that. Of course, the problem still would remain with the Oceanic drive.

Hope you guys manage to solve this little inconvenience... =)
