Want two or more datasette + some tape, have originals + musical keyboard and sampler.
Hi,
First of all, sorry if this kind of post isn't allowed. Couldn't find anything about it in the rules.
When doing the Blueload masters for Trance Sector I have run into some reliability problems on different systems.
Therefore I would like to have two or more datasettes + some cassettes to be able to verify masters between different units and media.
I have bunch of originals and a sampler + the "incredible" musical keyboard that just takes up space which I gladly give in return.
Preferably someone is able to drop/pick it up just outside Stockholm.
PM me if interested.

too bad i do not live near stockholm, i would be happy to hand over as many datasettes as you like to you.. (and maybe you want to reconsider your offer, you got some pretty nice stuff there... :) ) |

I have many datasettes - originals and clones, and the postage from pl to swe would be around 6 euro. If you're interested :) |

I've gotten one offer before fierman's post. I'll let you know what happens.
Yeah, the collection is nice but I hardly use any of it nowadays. I remember Machine Lightning costing me a fortune at the time. :) |

@enthusi: I don't try to be faster. Instead I do a little more efficient coding + stream decrunch. There is a little more conservative master than the one on the tnd page but there are still some reliability problems. Could be something else than pulse lengths though. |

Had no time to look into it yet (sorry, thumbs up for tape coding though!).
But stream decrunch looks like 'erradic' code-times inbetween successive 'signals' and also a variety of opcode-cycle-lengths that get interrupted. Obviously your loader aint THAT tight but might have something to do with that. After all, different datassettes ALSO differ (slightly) in absolute speed. |
