Info about PCB boards.. anyone?
Much to the amusement of my friends, I just shelled out a small fortune at the flea markets on a 8k pcb cartridge for the 64. The docos dont seem to do much else but tell you about assigning code ($8000-)
Anyway, anyone know a few good links where I can dig up info about these things or how i can use this to design a higher ram spec board? google must be broken or something.
Cheers.. |

Try contact the dudes behind; http://www.alphaworks.com.au/
They just recently started to sell 8kb carts (again?) and are located down under. So, maybe the cart they are selling is the same as yours. |

I think you need information about memory configurations and switching /LORAM, /HIRAM, /GAME and /EXROM lines : http://markus.brenner.de/cartridge/

Cheers cbmhardwaredude.. hey joe, what can i say, i'm a sucker for looking at people selling suny playstation 2 accessories for $30. and yes the restraining order, well i found a nicer place to find women, the local arcade :) <bitchmode off>
Now keeping on topic, I was thinking of putting my favourite demos onto carts, to save my dwindling disk archive. i havent looked into it yet but outside of driveloaders cant see what else may be a problem? Sure beats trading disks in the mail |
