I've thought lately that newsgroups would be the least appropriate place to ask, well at least for C64 :), don't know so much about others..

I suggest just refining your google queries and to be persistant, you'll eventually find something.

Puterman, I think programs like ACDSee can make wallpapers quite cheap.

By the way, has anyone already tried the new ATI Radeon 9700? Does it accelerate Airpower / Samar in Vice noticably?
