Tape2Disk fast copier
Hello,
I need a tool to copy my old TURBO ROM tapes to disk. I don't want to do it manually.
Any suggestions? |

Read the goof. A.T.T.A.C has worked just fine for me with more than 8 files. |

The bug occurs if you save more than 8 files on the same disk. In normal cases you run out of space on the disk before that.
I don't know why it bugs (prolly my crappy code) but I know what causes it. During save I open($ffc0) the file for writing, read the error channel ($ffb4 etc?), if file is ok for writing and <200 blocks, I do a normal save ($ffd8). Somehow this makes the file +1 block and only allows for 8 files to be saved on the same disk.
Its on my todo list to release a fixed version ... someday.
