Looking for my original c64 set! ;-((
Hi, chances are slim but anyone here reading this who bought a complete C64 set several years ago (still DM currency) for 350 DM?
Must have been near Rastede/Oldeburg in Germany.
Im desperately looking for my original C64-Set :)
OR someone who bought parts of it later? Presumably in north germany....
I only want the disks :) But it was once
-a new c64
-new disk drive
-datasette
-several 64er mags
-several joysticks
Can anyone tell me about it? :)
Games that were boxed:
Blues Brothers
Lord of Chaos
WWF Wrestling
Creatures2
Ultima Trilogy 4,5,6
Turrican
Original Tapes:
Spy vs Spy 3
Impossamole
Books:
GEOS 2.5

Some 64er Disks, i.e. the demo collection.

you can try SearchDBC64 V1.31 to seek through collections. Works like charme and/or send Mads a PM, he may give you also access to his database or do a search for you... (c; |

Yeah, I figured :)
The best indication would be the specific collection of boxed games, i.e. Lords of Chaos and Creatures (and probably Soul Crystal) are not _that_ common. This remains valid only if there was no re-reselling.
TO ANYONE:
you might wanna search through your d64s for the Basic Adventure named "GANGSTER" ;-)
And Stuff with 'I.G. - Investigator'.
Also I composed a tune in Huelsbeck's Soundmonitor that I named 'surprise sound' iirc - its been 15 years...
I checked a bunch of d64s with Soundmonitor that acidchild sorted out for me (big thanks).
I was surprised to see that most of them differ alot!
I remember:
-it contained Soundmonitor (first entry?)
- AxelF tune
-'Mad Mucke' - havent seen that on any of the d64s so far.
- and a few (like 2-5) others.
(I found 'Dance at night', sounded familiar)
I know this is very vague but maybe someone interessted in scene-archaeology wants to give it a try?
in short:
GANGSTER (Basic Text-Adventure)
SOUNDMONITOR (see above)
PETSCII text-hex-search for 'Investigator' ;-)
