looking for a repository of 5650 d64 images
Hello to everybody!
More than 1 year ago I found a web page with D64 images collection that contained 5650 D64 images. I remembered it was the Elysium but if I go to the Elysium ftp right now I cannot see the repository that I am talking about.
Can you help me?

Well, the disks have been sorted and ripped, and files stuffed into different folders, dont you think ?
Unless you know something specific that was on any of those disks, its gonna get hard to find anything.
10 years ago i was swapping D64 with many people.
At some point i had almost 35 GB of images.
As a music ripper, i was excited, for about 1 months, then i realized i will never get to the bottom of all this, and just deleted everything i didnt have on real disks.
There are some collectors around, like MDZ, Mason, Acidchild, if you wanted you can get access to i guess more than 50 GB of disks.
Talk to those people, or contact the admin of elysium ftp.
would be my guess.. |

Thanks but what I realize is that the files of these links are divided into demos, games, etc etc while the repository I am looking for was just of numbered disks images starting from 1 to 5650 d64! Do you have any idea?

I remember having a CD called "5650 disk images". Probably that was just dumped to ftp.elysium.pl? |

yep, the cd with 5650 images is called 'unicorn'-cd or 'ace96collection'...this one has been mirrored on elysium-ftp, but there was also a website which had the complete content as txt-file. |
