| Text: | hello! and feestje! welcome to this small, quick c64 one screener to congratulate peter aka franky of royal belgian beer squadron who is whopping forty years old today! so lets all raise a toast and celebrate on this fine day.
it has been a while since i last released any scene related stuff so i guess this is a proper time to put this small demo thing out and what could be a better occasion than to congratulate a friend
the credits are as follows... all code by preacher, font and logo by kenet and the music is by buzzer. the music and the graphics were originally made for the next brainstorm c64 demo but life got in the way. i think giving them a new lease of life here is the proper thing. also, it feels good writing stuff in a proper programming language instead of all the new fangled stuff with objects and whatnot. lda sta lda sta lda sta all the way. i know you know what i mean. right down to the metal and indeed not unlike the fine belgian beers that we have had the fortunate possibility to sample during our stay here
okay i think it is time to wrap this thing up and start getting ready for the party. text will now loop. so once more lets raise a toast and enjoy the cool music that is playing on the background. see you soon in another demo |
