Text from Madonna Music Collection 2017

Description:Dr.j Lemming Miy Rock text for the main menu
Text:hey there guyz its dr.j speaking... after a while we are back with a new cool collection for your ears and eyes, and i'm so proud of it! i must say madonna, who's real name is Madonna Louise Ciccone, is not just a big pop icon for me, but first of all a top class artist with a lot smashing hits like: "material girl" , "live to tell" , "celebration" , "like a virgin" , "papa don't preach" , "like a prayer"...
and that's just a partial list. she's had so many hits throughout the years , and we are speaking of a pop queen who is still producing great music up to this date, fighting bravely with stars like beyonce , rihanna , britney spears being in major league music industry. her career has lasted more than 4 decades and she is still kicking major ass with every song she is recording. a real ultimate pop queen. that's why we decided to dedicate this collection to madonna! our musician rock has beautifully crafted 10 new covers which for me are the most enjoyable and delightful songs. its our pleasure to present this collection, and just like with the former collections we accomplished , we did this with a lot of passion for pop music and the c64's sid chip. we really hope you going to like our product. alex signing off.... ladies, gentlemen and questioning! this is lemming writing some words of nonsense to keep your eyes occupied while digging these lovely tunes. i'm personally enjoying who's that girl for quite the manyeth loop now, which was my personal wish for the collection. i adore it. quien es esa ninja, who is the last ninja?? or something. so anyway, you'll be reading this in the future, (note to self: can scrolling scrolltext be the key to time travel? -- take note, perhaps write something to an offence demo about it) but anyway carrie fisher died today. so that sucked. and george michael died yesterday. that really sucked. all in all 2016 sucked remarkably, altough not for me personally but with what has been going on in the world. its kinda weird, the last time i was writing a scrolly for a musicdisk by rock and the fellas, the brussels terrorist bombings had happened the same day. oh, and rest in peace dflame. that happened like what, three days ago? man, i really would've liked to see george michael perform live some day... well anyway, people of the future, let's try to make 2017 as good as we can. does not need to be the best we can, because we would all feel sad if it ended up somewhat sucky and then we would
question ourselves whether we really did our best or not and feel even more sucky. so as good as we can is best enough. it is going to be at least somewhat better than 2016, right?? we can do that. lets try being bit less dicks. im not saying we could not still be dicks occassionally, of course we can. let's just try to be a bit less. and let's try to not die. and let's knowingly do some good thing we normally wouldn't do. just once. there's seven billion of us on this planet so if seven billion more than usual good things happen in the grand scheme of good things happening, that has to count, right?? and there's at least nine people reading this scrolltext this up to this point, some of them possibly stoned bonkers, but hey there's also at least myself, rock, dr.j, miy and shine , so in case theres' nine of you, we have a team of 14 already. 14 extra good things has to count too in the grand scheme of things, i hope? like, if a butterfly flaps its wings in china, or like if a tree falls in the woods and theres nobody there to see it, its still a tree. life is a mystery, everyone must stand alone. ah, it seems i've slipped to like a prayer after a good while of get into the groove. gonna get into the greetings now, because not much is making sense to me at this time of night anyway. ok but first of all a very happy new year to each and every one of you! even that one really cunty person! but
personal hi-hos go to these following persons in a chaotic order: ddt/accession, h7/accession, mazor/flt, jugi/jugz&clx, adam/onslaught, jazzcat/ons, s!r/n0s, tom-cat/n0s, perplex&pal&omp&rune&stein&carsten/offence, knut/fossil, fierman/phantasy, shock/c64cb, mikron/b, burglar/scs*trc, mr.ammo/scs*trc, enthusi/ons&priorart, gallstone/fig (he's kinda back a bit, but let's not tell anybody yet hehe), zardax/origo&ald, flex/contex&ald, stoneman/primitive, karmar/pwp, dr.dick/b, grue/beyondforce, mankeli/extend, barfly/extend, ringo+duncan+mrbean+zados/damones, electric/extend and last but not least bracket/acc&dkd&etc. oh, shit. i was supposed to write something about madonna and instead i've spewn
like three kilobytes about i'm not even sure what, plus the greetings. ok i was always a huge madonna fan, or well not literally always but ever since the single like a prayer came out, right until the full album hard candy, which i think wasn't great anymore. everything up to that was great for me tho. also she might have, from a traditional point of view, fucked up my sexuality just a bit while i was just an eleven year old kid, but its all good. 1990 was a helluva year.
no seriously, more like self discovery. these days the themes such as what "justify my love" or "erotica" or "human nature" depicted are not such taboos in general, and that is a damn good thing. anyway, fuck it, i think i need to go to sleep. i also think this could be a good time to move the keyboard to miy, so he can fluidly continue the current oddly lewd topic with the traditional and nostalgic "hairy bushes of the past"-talk. bye now. see ya on the primitive 20 years party in late january! ....... It's MIY typing, do you remember at 80's when Madonna was young? Sure you do! Oh what a wonderful world that was. We all were young, world was bigger, boners were harder and longer and women had thick bushes. But you know what..... all those have gone (including bushes) but Madonna is still young and making music. Among these great, great C64 tunes from Rock, I would like to salute all those who remembers FIG from the time of C64 and those especially who still follows our products and greets+remembers us in their products. Thanks all, Miy signing out.....thanks miy, rock is typing now. just few words before greetings. it took almost a month to arrange all these ten covers. the first song i arranged was 'masterpiece' and i thought release it as an intro tune only, but then i asked shine and dr.j if they like the idea about madonna collection. heh, i knew they gonna love it and they did. as you have noticed almost all songs are from the golden 80's.
it's because the best madonna music was composed at that decade, wasn't it? i tried to respect the original arrangements as much as possible, especially the bass lines. i hope you enjoy these tunes and feel free to send some feedback. my personnal thanks go to dr.j and shine for making this collection possible! my greetings go to gallstone/fig, delysid, artline designs, mon, bonzai, shape, onslaught, origo dreamline, offence, artstate, triad, nostalgia, byterapers, offence, hokuto force, atlantis, multiStyle labs, covert bitops, booze design, genesis project, tropyx, delta machine, extend, censor designs, performers, arsenic, lft/kryo and the whole c-64 scene, cheers! it's now time to say goodbye and wish you all happy 2017. and all you freaks out there, keep doing great demos, music, gfx and intros and all that stuff we all love and enjoy to listen and watch. rock signing out.....01.01.2017.......
