Indeed it meant that moderators - in this case me - did not see anything release-relevant being discussed.
If you've got anything MEANINGFUL to say about THE RELEASE, go ahead, really, no problem, that's what the "Discuss" button is for.
But if this is only used to bitch around about the name like
