This demo fucks up on latest VICE.
the gfx is destroyed, some lines appear, and the diskdrive goes nuts!

i fail to get a working vice.
first the video/audio is out of sync when making ffmpeg recordings, then the png support is missing, and now an old demo wont run.

:(

same result with latest build!

gfx smashed, raster stripes moving, diskdrive going across several tracks, as if a loader is active.

In 1986, all members of TST got SpeedDOS.
There was an issues with demos not working, because of the packer used. So we repacked our demos. Those were some of the really early ones, that arent even machine code, except a koala setup.. :)

So, whats causing this in the decruncer ? to activate the drive and to silly raster shit ?

a lot of interrupt setups from the old days are kindof broken and rely on odd sideeffects of the kernal irq routine - AR hooks into the kernal irq and changes its timing, which fucks up some stuff eventually. or the packer is retarded reads $de00.

There is a classic issue with a cruncher (or perhaps just a cruncher add-on hack to display a decrunch text line?) which expects $a9 to be zero, which it isn't on an AR and most derivatives.
