new credit needed

just wondering if people think we should have a new credit title added which should be INTRO

as alot of cracks i have seen someone has been credited with the intro for a crack and you cant add that to a release

Quote: its so pathethic that ppl want credit for every 1 minute job..

intro should be seperate release type (if not already), its bs to add all introcredits for all cracks... redundancy anyone?

in a perfect world you could link a crack to the intro(s) used.

on f.e. pouet they post daily dozens of CRACKTROS (I prefer Intro ;) ) and we SHOULD add Intros as a separate releasetype just to finally end up with a better statistic :D
Not 40000 Released but 70000 (30000 Intros f.e.)
Then we can boast to have the hugest amount of releases ever in the history or such bullshit... but I guess we already have :?

Since single intros are used on several cracks it definitely makes more sense to have an intro entry and a link from the crack to the intro. There IS an intro category already, it's just that it isn't used for intros currently :P

renaming it from "cracktro" into "crack intro" would be a good start :)

couldn't find a more related thread, so I take a crap in this spot:

I was wondering, do we have to make a new entry for a crack intro every time a bit or byte is changed? (for instance, different tune or logo)

I stumbled upon this when I checked the Turtles intro in front of Kamikaze. Rough created a new entry for it (Turtles Intro), but there was allready a 'released as intro' entry (Turtles Intro 2) only with different music than the one used for Kamikaze.
