To everyone complaining about the Oxyron & Censor demo beeing too big/long. If you exclude the turn disk parts and the end part, and everyone can stop them when he gets bored, the running time of our demo is just 10-11 minutes. This is smaller than the running time of all X winners of the last 6 years. Also the amount of single screens is smaller. The only difference is, that its delivered on 4 disksides. Ok, we buy a packer next time. ;o)

I also read some critics on doing such a coop and working with such a big team. Well, the only alternative would have been to have no Censor demo at all and a very small Oxyron demo. To the time, the decision was made, Censor had no one to do the linking job and Oxyron´s only coder was Bitbreaker. I think no one prefers that szenario. And the coop was the obvious awnser to these problems. That the team got so big in the end is mainly caused by many people getting interested in the project when seeing the first previews. For me, it was "the logo" that got me back in the c-64 business. Atleast for this X.

Well, what I can I say that hasn’t already been said yet?

_Fucking_ amazing party that even succeeded in topping my former personal fav x2010!

I met so many old friends (Psycho, Randall, Conrad, Peiselulli, tons more) again and also got to talk to a lot of great people whom I haven’t met before (not so random hello to Sidman and OctaveSounds)!

Hell, even the food was great this time!

Thumbs up to the organizers and especially to the lovely polish gang and their warm, friendly and humours attitude. X wouldn’t be the same without you!

What a blast!

Quote: If it would just be that easy. Then suddenly pack ratio changes, the splitted files overwrite IO or other democode, loading time changes as content moves on the disk and thus a file laying on one track might suddenly end up laying across two tracks. Syncs do not fit any more due to more loading time (despite buffers). Been there, linked that. Do not come up with easy said solutions if you did not feel the pain :-)

I don't see how that has anything to do with anything I wrote?

So these large cooperations are basically little more than an iron lung for a terminally ill scene?

Great party, some of the best party organizing ever.

The schedule was well executed and the voting system helped to save lots of time. Sleeping facilities are good and we had a relaxed attitude going in the 'other' building.

I'll carry the experience of people dancing like maniacs to my music with me for a long time to come. And I'll never forget the roar when David's rasterbars started rotating.

And finally, the best part of X 2014 was the warm and friendly attitude from new found friends in Poland. That wine! That barbecue! You're the reason we keep doing things like this.

Yeah! Had chance to catch some of that in live stream.
