First X I miss since first attending in 2008, and it sounds like you guys had a great time. :-) Very impressed by the releases, almost makes me want to give up! |

Radiant, surrender is not an option. ;o)
Burglar, is there an official visitor number? I only heard 300+. Watching through the hall during democompo looked quite impressive. |

Every time there is an X party I always get the same reaction as Radiant after watching the demos: "Yeah, no use in me ever doing another C64 demo again..." :)
It's ridiculous, fantastic demos ending up outside even the top 5! |

@Radiant and @Shadow, no need to give up! :) There are lots of (64-wise) smaller parties that will be happy to get some more C64-love, and where the competition is not as fierce as at X. And I'm sure we all appreciate releases during the "drier" times of the year as well :)
If it makes you happy to code, just code! Enjoy it :) |

What a blast - thanks a bunch to all the orgas for their hard work!!!
One small suggestion: maybe you could look into making proper name tags next time, to clip on your shirt or something - the stickers lose their stickiness too quickly, when you are changing your clothes, so they tend to get lost too soon. Plus they'll be a nice souvenir, to re-use at other parties even. :)
Oh, and please add Uganda to the country dropdown list at the registration page. ;-) |
