Release id #83559 : Daddy Boom
Does this work for people? I get stuck in the Travelogue, which crahes upon pressing return, and doesn't react to run/stop... In VICE, that is. |

"Do you want to enregister" lacks a question mark, but it's a question, press N to not add your travel log and it starts, else press Y to enter your data you are supposed to enter if you want to let your contacts (and theirs) know this disk has been in your hands before them.
It expects a file named "-DADDY BOOM /RTX" to read/write its datas, else it simply doesn't work and not even create it. I created one empty file and now I have entered a couple of entries each time the program is run, it first shows the lists of people (the 1st entry should be entered by the author of the program), which can be interrupted by RunStop, and then at end of list asks to register a new entry.
Very rudimental program, but hey =)

I have encountered this program before (actually funny idea), but I STILL don't get it to work. When I autostart the disk in VICE, it crashes right away with the TRAVELLOGUE title screen; when I load it with TD enabled, it also shows this screen, and I am in the editor right away (so I can actually edit this title screen) - where it crashes once I press return. I never see the question about enregistering. WTF am I doing wrong?! |

As already said, just press N. The program probably fails with True Drive emulation deactivated, so make sure it's activated. Goes without saying that Virtual device traps should be also OFF, as it should when dealing with d64 files (it should be on only with prg and t64).
If you want to actually write something in the travel log, use the original The Travellogue V1.0 to create the "TRAVELLOGUE FILE" which then should be renamed to "-DADDY BOOM /RTX" because these guys altered the name this way. |

OK thanks, I finally got it. Replaced the download with an image including the empty missing empty file. |
