Why wouldnt it be?
The release btw was made by someone who apparently even uses your own groups BBS. How got he access there if he isnt a scener? And if he is - how isnt this a scene release? |

Since when using a bbs makes you a scener? I have leeched from PC warez bbses for years without even being part of any pc cracking groups.
OTOH the guy have released a demo and some graphics, making him a scener, like it or not.
This debate "just" needs some clear explanation on what is an acceptable release in here (good luck!) and told to the uploader for the next time (again, good luck!). |

Last time i checked "Top 5 elite BBS" don't give access to random lamers from outside the scene.

random dude outside scene releases some converted pic or "hello world" demo -> scener -> allowed everywhere -> End of the story.
