atleast none of the members here are from the netherlands, so why should their base country be the netherlands? |

At least one The Delta force was a subgroup of Riffs, and probably therefore Dutch. I won't pick that apart, though... |

According to R.I.P. II they dissolved and joined Softrunner Group
Unfortunately we haven't got a date or at least year for "R.I.P. II", only some fishy "S.R.G 1986" screen at the end which rather looks like leftovers from some other code. And 1986 makes no sense at all because scroll refers to German Delta Force Team who were not around before 1988 afawk.
Anyway that news is rather confusing as SRG dissolved in May 1988 whereas we've got DFI releases till Feb 1989. *shrug* |
