4x4 sprite editor - Shape
hey scene,
I have a 4x4 sprite editor from ROLF/SHAPE, which isn't on Csdb, it's a very cool editor which handles 16 sprites and has an animator inside, sad thing is.. The question I have if someone could re-code the thing, it only has keyboard control, and no joystick control. I really want to use this editor on my C64... ;)

Why don't you upload it to CSDb then? |

Doesnt look that easy to modify actually.. You have to plot colors by pressing 1,2 and 3, so it's not like you can change the code very easily. When in joystick mode, it has to remember the color it has to plot. (okok, not all too hard, but still more work then just replacing/modifying the routine for joystick control). |

Why not just use the keyboard? :)
I guess it could be modified to use the joystick for cursor movement, but you'd still need to use the keys to select colors and such, so you'd end up using both (and I'm sure Rolf had a plan when selecting the control method). |

Let's make it a contest!
Who has the best version gets a prize. (probably just a mention on the forum and some quotes)
