First arpeggio effect


as in the topic - what is the first sid tune using the infamous quick arpeggio? :P i suspect that hubbard wasn't the first to be credited with.

yeah, 'break street'! what is more, this one sounds like 2x multispeed! apart from that it sounds very advanced for its year: attemps at clap sound etc. 'pass demo 2' has typical arpeggio and sounds very advanced as well :D great shot mcmeatloaf!

I´am curious if the tune in the second part is double or more speed tune!? Would be amazing for 1988... I don´t know also who made this tune? It´s the part that is there as picture....

well, double speed in 1988 wasn't anything new ;) check out crowther's zig-zag from 1987 - it's even 4x ;)

Starquake is 4x too IIRC, and it's from 1985 according to GB64.
