No matter what I do my PCs claims it contains a virus. Can anyone re-upload the file as a .zip somewhere? |

Then the problem is at your end. We can't help. :)
I scanned all files. They are clean. Repacked them as zip: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gnnefsjvmbguys8/Matt.disks.feb.2023.z..
Try that one? |

Thanks, that did it. My PC really doesn't like 7z for some reason it seems :) |

Change AV immediately, whatever you're using must be uninstalled if it gets tricked by a 7z containing d64s and no executable.
I use Avast free, didn't find anything in this file (as every sane AV should), it's good and they're fast in fixing false positives when I report them. |

I use Total AV, and no alarm. I agree: change AV. |

Microsoft defender was flagging a false positive.
Given that it's just as good as third party AV solutions it makes no sense to use anything else IMHO
Although in this case it was being stupid |
