Release id #213957 : Rasterfall
Quoting iAN CooGEntry file uploaded 2022-02-01 00:46:12+0
Unless the organizer received this earlier than midnight, this should be out of compo, and the release date should be 1 feb not 31 jan.
That's strange. I had an eye on the GMT time while I was preparing the upload and it should be 2022-01-31 23:46 instead. |

My guess is: it shows local time, and the +0 indicates (lack of) DST |

Several people were online and witnessed that it was upped between midnight and 1 am CET (perfectly within 23:59:59 GMT deadline. GMT would be displayed as "2022-01-31 23:42:21+01" and UTC as "2022-02-01 01:42:21+00-01".
The "+00" can only refer to CET if it makes any sense.
Or Groepaz is right and it's just local time.
Maybe someone from Argentina or Australia or US, UK or Canary islands can help us by quoting what top/right corner info says in their longitudes. |

Test results from Western Australia...
Looks like the site displays everything in CET regardless of your local timezone setting.
I just posted a one-liner at 1438+0800, (6:38UTC) and it is displaying a time of 07:38.
The creation time for Rasterfall is displaying as 2022-02-01 00:42:21+00 for me too. |

perhaps the display can be changed to say "2022-02-01 01:42:21+00 CET" |
