Not a C64 Demo, but a 64k demo

Hi again folks, this isnt a c64 demo, its a PC 64k demo, i downloaded it a few years ago and i decided to load it up again today.... im still amazment at how these guys put together a 64k demo that has an amazing techno style sound track and 3D landscape layouts that play for approx 10 mins and the music doesnt even repeat itself.... They have done a number of demos since this 1, but as this was the first 64k demo i saw by them i thought i would post a link to the download site for all yous to enjoy.... Some of yous may have already seen these demos, but im sure theres alot of sceners that havent.... go now and download it and be amazed.... It win the demo party comp that year... i wonder why :)

Quote: how does it fit into 64k ? well it just uses all the dll's directx and windows can offer, the code is mostly just a bunch of dll calls... woohoo...

LOOOOOOOOOL,
seems that you are pretty aware of what you write ;-D

nothing against you but the world if full of ppl that are able to do everything and believe that everything can be done by just some dll calls :-D

you better stick to c64 stuff as you would be very suprised about how different the pc is :-D

What I really wanted to point on was, that PC 64k demos cannot be considered to be real 64k in my eyes, as they use code that does not belong to the executabe, and so it is ridiculous to praise them for their size.

I just phrased my sentence harsh, as I felt a bit angry about someone praising pc stuff here.

Yes I know its more than just calling dlls.

Its also funny how graham tells me that Kb's routine is not just dll calls. Have I stated that ?

( in an oldschool way the key thing in my eyes in a demo is the code that does realtime stuff, texture, object, and sound generators doesnt impress me. Tho I have to add, that I like this particular demo, but not for whats behind the screens)
