I will take a train from Amsterdam Central Station, on the friday morning... if more could join the better.. 13:00 feels late ;) I don't wanna miss out anything.

If just 150 guys want to eat something, it means 1,2 min. per serving. They must be faster than Magdonald. ;)
I required about this with the snack supplier and he tells me that they are able to service 15-20 persons in 3 minutes.
So if you order efficiently this will not pose a problem. |

The train ride doesn't take very long (about an hour?), and we'll need some kind of transportation from the local train station to the party place, since it's a bit too long to walk. Since the shuttle service doesn't start until 18:30 and the party place doesn't open until 19:00, taking a train as early as 13:00 sounds like a bad idea to me. How about an after-preparty in Amsterdam on Friday afternoon? ;-) |

A bunch of us Swedes will fly out already at 06:30 from Sweden, landing in Eindhoven around 8:30 or so, so I guess we will be somewhere pretty early as well. Let us know if you want to hook up and do something before the party opens up and gets going! /o/ We will probably find a bar and just have a Fernet or two... |
