Release id #72553 : Pearls for Pigs

How's a convenient way to transfer this to disks?
Will it work with opencbm/X-cable?
Or just attach the images in the 1541U and copy them normally with a 40 track copier?
Does the 1541U offer support for 40 track D64's? Does this demo run from it, anyone already tried? A lot of questions, I know...

I would like to know as well. My only means of transfer is a MMC64, which I guess is a no go.

And then I hear that the BD demo is 40-track as well, meaning that I won't be able to watch that either. DISASTER!!!! :(

I use Turbo Nibbler V3 to copy the .d64 from 1541u to a real disk. (Turbo Nibbler V3.0) don't forget to set it to 40 tracks. I also tried Fast Hack'em, but that one failed on me somehow :P

Is there a need for a 35 track version? I also got the demo in 2 35-track disks (intro on side 1, rest on side 2), do ppl have a need for that?

OK, just for sake, I added a set of 2 35-track disks. Just insert side 2 after loading the file on side 1 and run :)

Thanks WVL, much appreciated! Now I could finally watch the entire thing to the end on my C64.

A "filecopyable" Version would be cool, too (only if possible, you worked long enough on that jewel :-) )

Ehr? How do you mean that? A version with filenames like 00,01,02? i think the 35 track version should work if you copy the files to another disk actually.. only that it's a bit hard to load the files (AR doesnt want to load the files with the filenames like they are now)..

So what do you mean exactly? The answer is inside source.txt ;)

Yeps, thats what I meant (copy the disk file by file, not track by track).

but why can't you copy the files right now? It's loading by filename, not by t/s.
