Please elaborate with more then 1 sentence per post.
Tell us if i get it right: You want to organise a competition through the internet and the competition will be on soundeffects?

Not to walk over your parade. But try a bit of research here before you start. There have been plenty net-organised competitions around over the years. CreamD organised the sid compo with c64.sk for example, ver succesfull ones.
I'd say go for it: do the research, organise yourself and then come back and anounce properly.
