For a minute i tought it was a re-arange of the original picture. And if that where that case it would be either Jacco Van Riet or Arthur Van Jole.

It looks very much like a conversion to me. It somehow also rings a bell, must be in a pretty old demo.

The original Hawkeye pic is by Robin Levy of Cyberdyne Systems and this ain't it. i've always assumed (and it really is an assumption) that the logo top left is a corporate and it was used on the American release of the game but i have nothing to back this up.

The screenshot is an Abnormal demo but i can't think of the name for the life of me...!

quick look leaves a feeling that the picture uses same methods than the Terminator II intro picture. Maybe the same dude drew both?
