The "writer" type programs
I recalled the writer type programs today at work. You know the ones where you write on the screen, then the program can play it back.
I remember writing one of those back in the day, but didn't really remember much about it other than it used kernal routines, and then you just stored all the keypresses in a buffer, and just played it back.
I was looking at kernal routines etc. for hours, and finally came up with a shitty program 🤣 (you can't save, lol).
I didn't remember that the cursor caused so many headaches back then, but I kind of got it to work, but it is ugly in writing mode.
Haha, I'm wondering how much I coded it the wrong way, or how it can be optimized/done smarter, especially the cursor stuff.

As far as my memories go I used Infra Typer a couple of times to create such writer messages back in the days. |

Agreed, it should be able to play the Arkanoid title tune. |

Maybe it should play _only_ the arkanoid title tune? Arkanoid writer.
All good writers should have only one tune, one font and a spritescroller in the lower border. ;) |
