When choosing a scener for a credit...
the list in the pull-down menu should be sorted by most releases of a scener, this would put famous (and often credited) sceners into the first place.
Would be Quite helpful with sceners having common nicks e.g. Alex, Psycho or Punisher. |

Quote: Hey, what about a more powerfull search/browse function?
IMHO, the browse and search functions could be merged.
Personally, the advanced search feature is a bitch to use, mainly because when returning to the first page, all the input is gone after a search.
And it's WAY to big a page to go through... ok, advanced is nice, but this is overkill. Or at least the interface is.
I haven't given it a long thought, but somehow both features lack things AND have possibilities too much.
Why not give it an overhaul?
fuck yeah that really annoyes me too!
if you return the the first page yes all information is lost grrr |

thumbs up to this idea!
or how about after selecting group, it automatically finds the correct nick that belongs to that group. |

Please add:
multiple png entries per file!
Motivation:
It's hard enough to find the alt-c in winvice without knowing where to look, thanks for the tip CBA.
But finding a multiple png -> gif tool, edit edit edit, resave, re-upload, etc. takes too much time.
Other then that, there are plenty of people that would like a screenshot of the crackintro AND of the game, or several parts of a demo without having to spend a lot of time learning how to use another graphics tool.

Hahaha, come on, Bordeaux!
Making an animated GIF isn't hard at all.
Saying it takes too much time is even more bull shit! :-D
Put some effort in it or just don't add a screenshot: someone else will do that eventually ;-) |

This is a useless function in the category of We-are-Microsoft-and-we-know-what-you-want features.
More than often sceneres outside the producing group have to be credited (think of music alone).
Besides, I think it's a bitch of a job to make, most certainly if you have to 'add up' the list of sceners for releases that are done by more than one group. |

Mace i know it's not hard, just annoying.. besides that it was just a clever 'secret' way of moaning again also about adding to locked entries :P hehe
I don't agree with the microsoft remark.. but then I like most Microsoft features :P

Tagging of demos with effect types. ie (zoom and rotate [1/2/4 pixel], fli[quality], tech-tech[pixel width],etc)
Then the ability to search by effect.
The reason I'd like to see this is that I would like to produce a new demo and would like to see what has already been done (and to what level), so I don't end up copy something thats already out there.
