Whut, no one mentioned Platoon? True, all the message from the movie was gone, but the game alone is rather good, with the tunnel level being one of the finest efforts from Ocean game designers. |

I played Addams Family, Hawkeye and Terminator 2 a lot.
Edit: Oh yes, and Indiana Jones 3 was also very nice.
Edit2: Elvira - Mistress of the Dark was amazing as a game, whilst the movie was afwul |

Hawkeye was a movie? I know it's a superhero but a movie?
Addams Family rocked, at least on the snes, didn't play the c64 version. In fact I haven't played a c64 game since the late 80's I guess ;Z |

Erm, I guess I was thinking about some other game and wrote Hawkeye instead. :D
Actually, according to IMDB there _is_ a movie titled Hawkeye, but it probably has nothing in common with the game.

And just came into my mind, Die Hard was a very entertaining game too, we played it for months with my father (I mean, he was playing the game and I was wacthing).
Or how about Lethal Weapon (very nice platform game), The Neverending Story 2 (great graphics & cool gameplay), Hook (also very nice graphics and playability), or Rocky Horror Show?

Slightly off topic, since I'm now talking about the reverse (game -> movie), but I always wanted to see movies made of games like "Kid Grid" and so on... I mean. What would they look like? Abstract space adventures in gridland? |

The Goonies and Zorro are both really cute. I played Conan quite a bit too. One of the first cracks I got, and it loaded really fast too! Rambo is most rememberable because of the first scene of the game with Galway's excellent track. The game itself is quite crappy. Bruce Lee is a killer! The Untouchables has the best graphics ever, done by my mate Jolly SIT Thomson. Miami Vice was a huuuuge disappointment. Ocean should have let Dave Collier do the game instead of those lame asses at Canvas.
The best one has to be The Goonies. |

Elite's Commando was a conversion of Capcom's arcade game Commando.
Would have been interesting to see to see what the like's Ocean would have made should they have gotten hold of the film license to Commando. They might have simply turned it into 5 mini games (just like they did with the Terminator).

Except Bruce Lee, Conan and Zorro are not film licenses... in fact Conan was in development as a different game and only had the Conan imagery/name added at the last minute because of the films.. |
