Your nostalgic moments?

I remember the first days i heard Galways awesome Arkanoid tune. And some weeks after, it was the only thing that were played in my head :)
I just had my own "girl" and she and me was in a bathinghouse in southern Sweden.
It must have been when i was in 5 or 6th grade "lågstadiet"
I am born 1976

I remember the first days I got hold of "Sex Games". I must have been around 10 or 11, didn´t have my own "girl" back then and thus "Sex Games" was the only thing that played in my head.

But Oswald... Lemon64 already has sixteen threads of this very same topic! One more would just be silly.

I remember when I had a jar of almonds. They were delicious, but now they are gone. I don't think I will ever have another jar of almonds like that one.

Oh, God. Now I'm getting misty.

I am born 1989.

I remember I heard a tune from JCH once.
I didn't have a girl of my own then but only my 2 goldfish.
I also had a My Little Pony doll which I brushed every day. It's gone now.

This post is largely extemporaneous and unedited. I'm hoping that a stream-of-consciousness approach is the most honest way to convey information about how Oswald favors manipulative psychological techniques over honest discussion. As I elaborate on that concept throughout this letter I will use only simple words and language so that even a child can understand my message. Yes, even a child should know that Oswald's snow jobs are a cesspool of simplism. And let me tell you, Oswald appears to have found a new tool to use to help him peonize and enslave his rivals. That tool is phallocentrism, and if you watch him wield it you'll indisputably see why by comparing today to even ten years ago and projecting the course we're on, I'd say we're in for an even more irritating, obscene, and pigheaded society, all thanks to Oswald's musings. Oswald divides the organization of his pestiferous fusillades into two halves that, apparently separate from one another, in truth, form an inseparable whole. The first half seeks to inure us to illiberal irrationalism, while the second half is yet another sniffish blend of irascible negativism and prudish emotionalism. Let me conclude by stating that the spirits of our ancestors grieve as they watch Oswald make our lives a living hell. You can quote me on that.

This is the abstract. The full-length article has been peer-reviewed and will be published in the next edition of Vandalism News.

And to answer the question from Fredrik I would suggest a moment I wrote about in Walking Man.

I was born in 1981.

Sandra's secret castle.

My first girlfriend was riding my face (first time for us both).. I still don't know why I have c64 music playing when it comes to sex. Even to this day, I'll throw on a c64 mix when sex is involved (The great c64 megamix)

Hooking up and meeting the 1001 crew.
Disecting Rob Hubbard's musicplayer discovering true brilliance.
Logging in on this website after 18 years of no C64 stuff and discovering people actually know who I am.

Hmm.. It seems I'm not the only one who's had sex while SID/chip music is playing in the background! haha! Excellent.. I see a pattern unfolding here. ;)
Maybe someone should start a new thread entitled: "Who loves fucking to SID tunes?".. :D

My nostalgic moments? geez. My memory is fading but I'll give it a shot. I was first introduced to the C64 when I was 7yo ('87). My school teacher at the time was a huge Commodore fan. Lucky for him our school had a whole room with brand new C64 breadboxes and one day he decided to start teaching us little kids how to program in BASIC. At that age I thought computers were pretty special and magical in a way. I remember him giving us these photocopies of a BASIC manual and he asked us type in the following from this page he gave us. (Next to the code we had to type in was a cartoon of some elf with a pot of gold.)

10 PRINT"(yellow)POT OF GOLD"
He then told us to type RUN then hit return.

When I did, all I got was "POT OF GOLD" written on the screen in yellow followed by the READY prompt. Being kids and our first time ever using a computer we believed that when we typed RUN that the picture of the elf and the pot would appear. I remember being disappointed when it didn't but suddenly it made perfect sense how a computer really functioned :D

A few years later (around '91) my parents had bought a C64 for the family for christmas. It was the best christmas ever. My father at the time had awesome contacts and one day when he returned home from work, he had 4 boxes full of disks he had borrowed so we could copy them. It was like a second christmas! That was the first time I saw new games which were cracked and trained. The first cracktro I remember seeing was YETI's cracktro for Wizball. Galway's music in the game was so good that it got me very interested in SID music. :D

My greatest nostalgic moment was when I saw this thread.

I come back very often and have always tears in my eyes.
