Cracking GAC games

A couple of years ago, I written a couple of adventure games, using Incentive software's Graphic Adventure Creator. However, I had to freeze these. When I release the GAC games on to my web site, I would like these to be unfrozen. Does anyone know the JMP address for GAC games?

Phew, solved it. I was browsing through the code using a M/C monitor and I have found that $6409 is the JMP address for all the adventure games created using GAC. Thanks anyway :)

Richard, if you crack those games, under what label will it be?

Whoops. They're not actully cracks. They're my work which I written way back in 1998. I felt that 'frozen' versions of these here games are terribly lame. The games would have been on my usual TND lamer, or then again maybe I should put these on a lamer label (P155 Incorporated) ;)

....erm no. Forget lamer label. That'd be a waste of time! AND suspicious!

On the topic of GAC, was there any cracked version of the creator itself which fixed the bugs in the original? I own Incentive's original disk release, and the graphics editor freezes randomly, so it is a "save now, save often" path to take if one would write a graphical adventure with that one.

To single-file and crunch the software itself was not difficult (even a lamer like me knew how), but I never considered to fix bugs. Probably someone else did?

That does not surprise me at all. Try typing swear words on the game 'The quest for the missing Shymr' and see what happens :)
