Helmond and the past/present

Hello guys,

I'm wondering if I can come in contact with my old friends in this way.
My name is Rick Oosterbos and I was an active coder in the year 1985 till 1989 with several groups in Helmond. The groups I've been in were Hotline, Terminal, The Science Frontiers and some others.
I've seen some guys here that I know from the past and I would like to be in contact again with you.
Several names I remember are Patrick Adriaansen, Wim van Hees (I still am in contact with him), Laurens van der Donk, Manfred Engels, Rooie Peter, Dave en Jeffrey, Jeroen Tel and others.
In those years i was a programmer/coder in machine language, basic and compiler form. In Venlo I was a regarlar visitor and I had lots of contacts.
Let me know if you are interested and reply to this post.

Greets

Rick Oosterbos/TRM,Hotline etc.....

JT still lives in Helmond, Laurens van Donk & Mario van Zeist in the same area.

Mario van Zeist: http://www.euphoria-it.nl/

What's this euphoria-it thing?.. Wasn't Mario a game programmer in the early mid 90'ies, and now this?. I think he worked for FunCom on a project when I was there. Really funny guy with a little thin hair, right?

Euphoria started as game company, ended as IT company, more bucks to be earned.. Netherlands is not the best environment to run a games company, esp. these days game projects cost too much.

Games are not a good business anyway. Only the absolute top games earn real money, even good games sell quite bad.

Games are not good business unless you do budget games. It somewhat works when you have low costs.
