this is attached to several cracks

here's the screen it shows..

and inside memory it says...
"this program was processed by the WCC universal modem transmission converter mark 3a."

what is this?

a cheap import intro (by probably West Coast Crackers) which they put on other groups cracks before the gave/sold it to lamers? my guess...

who knows what's it about?
