Cats Super - not working file

I've found on one of old tapes a file entitled "Cats Super". It's supposed to be some kind of message writer tool.
The basic line stands as
Sys (2080) SUPER/DSC
The file doesn't want to work. Anyone could help with finding the working version of the file or examine why it doesn't want to work? Thanks in advance!

It's just a "escos" type pic made with Super picture editor/DS compware, see DSC Super-Disk
The tape probably is too noisy and some bytes decoded wrong, I've recovered the code from another prg made with the same tool but data is badly corrupted aswell.
