Hi all
Hello everyone.
Just a quick post (taking the kiddies swimming!). I was really pleased to see a game made by a friend and I posted on this site...

We were just a couple of crappy teenage programmers with nothing more than a 6510 ASM book and the C64 user manual trying to write a game. We didn't even know how to code a raster interrupt properly :-)
Anyway, this was the fruit of our long hard efforts. I am a professional coder these days (not games) and reliving a bit of my childhood, so I thought I'd say hello! |

You've just described a large chunk of the games industry back then and now i'm fighting the urge to go on about "small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts"... oh, and h'lo. =-) |

I see you are only a couple of years older than me. So you were probably in the same boat, except I presume you knew how to code a proper raster interrupt :-)
Once Aart (http://www.aartbik.com/MISC/c64.html) released the next version of his cross assembler I should be in a position to release an executable version of the only demo I ever wrote :-) |
