VICE: PAL-N Support
Some have asked me sometime ago to release my modified version of X64 with PAL-N support, so I revamped the (simple) code up to VICE v1.20 (I write it originally for v1.16).
The PAL-N VIC-II (6572) was used on the argentinean C64s manufactured by Drean, there is 2 known revisions of the chip: R0 and R1, with atleast the R0 available on both plastic and ceramic versions.
This VIC have 312 scanlines with 65 cycles per scanline, at 50 Hz refresh frequency, giving a cpu clock of aroung 1.01 MHz
The modified X64.exe and source files can be found here:

Or more directly:

65 cycles + 312 rasterlines? Imagine all the cool effects you could do because of the extra rastertime =) |
