it's not the browser to be broken, utf8 is not the default even in latest chrome, so something that was NOT broken has been wrongly "fixed" here. |

CSDB explicitly sets ISO-8859-1 as the encoding:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
Not a browser issue. |
