Group id #257 : Dytec

Does anybody know, when this group got built?

I found a lot of releases from very old days, which looked quite 'weird' to me concerning the fact, that I can't remember that group from my time. Or is Dytec one of those 'retro-groups' around? Hm... no idea!

Seem to recall some TRSI+Dytec co-op but don't really know how much there was to it... Think Dytec did a few releases back in 95 or so..

Okay, as I saw several games from them which could not be cracked by Dytec in the year the games were originally released.

If I remember correctly this group was built on c64 by some eastern german guys after the wall was gone. I do think I remember some mentioned guys living in eastern berlin back then...

Dytec - Power from the East Side

That´s true. The crew was built up by pals from east germany. Their leader was Dodger, a talented cracker. he moved form berlin to mannheim

Just find Dodger, He is around, and you can learn what you need from him. But who cares anyways, lol!

Dodger wasn't the leader of Dytec.

Also this so-called oldie-cracks weren't oldie cracks, they were cracked the time the game's got released or (a few) just some months later, if you check the greetings list, you'll see.

But my intention of posting:

Isn't it Dynamic Technologies (the plural form)?

unless there's a different name-rule for the c64-part of dytec, it is dynamic technologies indeed.
