Can anyone confirm if Frank was a member of AFL? He is not included anywhere in the list of members.
Or did I confuse him with some other Frank? |

Xenox is from Germany, Frank is from Poland. The chances are quite high that this are two different persons. |

Oh men, not so easy.
So it is possible that it was Frank from Poland, the same guy that was doing a lot of cracks for Lepsi?

I think your first guess was right. The intro credits mentions "Intro by Frank/AFL'70/Lepsi". So it is Frank from Lepsi who did this and who joined Alpha Flight as well.
So let's put the credits back to Frank and add him to Alpha Flight. |
