Hi,
I converted this very cool tune with permission from Jason to plus4. But it plays 1/4 of the speed as on C64 o_O
Does anybody has an ider how to speed it up? Cannot reach Jason ATM.

It's 4x multispeed - you're supposed to call routine 4 times in per tick with identical intervals ;) |

Why is it written this way? Cannot remember that in old times never a tune was written in multispeed?! |

The sound routine (at least) running multiple times per frame making the resolution of some things higher as "the grains" get smaller and because some things have more resolution they can sound smoother.
One of the earliest versions of this is here First Dance Sample 1986
Or try this 16x speed tune ;)
