Handle id #848 : Raistlin
i've added diskmag-editor for him as job, as he used to write text for the mag Endemic #3 . now he is listed twice on csdb, as he became active again in june 2018, but adding diskmageditor as job now also was automatically added for him for his new scener-entry, which is not correct, as now he's not active as diskmag-editor anymore. |

That's because there is no start-end times for functions.
Once a cracker, always a cracker, etc.
Also, there is not a "new" scener entry for him, just 2 membership periods on the same group. |

Added a bug report:
Wrong "Functions in Group" shown in groups member list if member in same group two time periods |

ok, I only checked the scener entry, it's actually true on the GROUP entry. Clearly a bug. |
