Handle id #23454 : 12%

I found a disk with musics by 12%.
In a note it says he's a new member of wow.
Real name Matej Isak from Slovenia.
If I lookup the musics in HVSC, then they are all by Dalton (Dalton), but he's from Serbia...

Could it be that 12% and Dalton are the same guy from Slovenia ? If this can be confirmed, can someone change the country and merge them ?!

or maybe this 12% guy was just a lamer raping other people's tunes =)
The only tune where he has a co-credit is this, as Tristar

okay, 12% was a lamer stealing tunes... :p
Internal 15 -> DIR says 3rd tune by 12%, on CSDB the tune is credited to Dalton.
