"Ben" or "David" Hayes? 2 different persons? same person with 2 names?

Now we have Nutt'67 which we always believed is called Ben Hayes, but then I Beg Your Pardon 2 with this text inside and Music Demo which credits everything as David Hayes (David Hayes) only create confusion.

Want more confusion? Cool Croc Twins in the game intro is stated "Music now played by David Haynes (Nutt'67)."

Haynes in the text is surely spelled wrong, but at this point I don't even know who to credit :D

Who knows something better?

Frank Gasking was able to contact David "Ben" Hayes by mail, and he confirmed his real name is David and used "Ben" as nickname. Case solved after all these years.
