Release id #177094 : Panzer +
This release is not less complete than the version without pic (Panzer +) because the game release post (Panzer) contains both versions and this time even labels the tape version as bonus.
There has been a similar case with Paranoids +2 where we accepted the Excess first release without the extras as the version without them was also included in the game release post (Paranoids). That's just fair play to accept if you lost a race. |

This is not a topic for CSDb. It's something for the mags to discuss.
Also: The tag "First release" should not be used to claim a first release. It's supposed to mirror what is considered a first release, and CSDb or you cannot decide this. It's up to the mags monitoring the fight in question. We mods are currently discussing changing the tag, as it has been abused quite often. |

Yep, everyone claims first rel, but there can be only ONE 1st rel. make up your minds while it lasts, I'm all for removing that ridiculously abused flag from here. For now removed the 1st rel flag from both. Now decide which is 1st.
Also, these rushed releases are getting ridiculous aswell. You guys should all be ashamed of yourselves. |

For us in Excess our point of view is that both releases (Laxity & ours) are counted firsties. As we get on paranoids the points (without Pic), it would be fair that this time laxity get the points and we probably 0 points for the firstie of the tape version. Even if it's extended. |

Would be fine this way. Extra points for extended version are usually only awarded if the extensions are in the game itself. There are various examples where it was handled this way. |

As I said. This might not be the place to discuss it. But it might be needed to make the rules a bit more clear on this. I would like to promote the most complete release, if two releases of the same game pops up at the same 24h.
Any alteration from the original game should disqualify the first release, really. Missing stuff, changes on the game itself, etc. But that would need addition to the rules.
